OFFICE/HOME-BASED OFFLINE/ONLINE LEARNING FACILITATOR FULL-TIME INSTRUCTOR
Responsibilities
Our team of teachers fulfill the following functions:
- Provide top-quality English education to Japanese students in accordance with Brighture standards, guidelines and training
- Keep track of students’ learning progress and coordinate with the management should any concerns arise
- Undergo trainings and certifications to maintain an excellent quality of service
- Be a team player and able to work with minimum supervision
- Supply mandated reports on schedule
- Be passionate in teaching

Minimum Qualifications
The applicant should:
- Be a graduate of a 4-year course
- Be proficient in English – both written and oral
- Be able to speak with an American or Neutral Accent
- Have at least 1 year experience in teaching ESL online/offline (preferred)
- Be trustworthy and self-reliant
- Must be in Cebu or willing to stay and work in Cebu
